On 08 February 2023, Amb. Ezzedin H. Tago handed the Plaque of Recognition and Appreciation to Mr. Arlene M. Valencia for his loyal, dedicated, committed and distinguished service during his tenure at the Philippine Embassy in Cairo, from 01 July 2009 to 08 February 2023.
