Another batch of thirteen (13) Filipinos and their families exited Gaza, Palestine and entered Egypt

13 November 2023- Another batch of thirteen (13) Filipinos and their families exited Gaza, Palestine and entered Egypt through the Rafah border.

The Embassy team at the Egyptian side of the border, led by Vice Consul Bojer B. Capati, assisted the Filipinos and coordinated with the Egyptian border authorities.

As soon as they reached Cairo, the fourth batch of Filipinos from Gaza were welcomed by DFA Undersecretary Eduardo de Vega.

The Philippine Embassy in Egypt made arrangements for their accommodations and after some rest they will soon head home.END
