In line with the preparation of Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for the online voting on the 2025 National Election, the COMELEC requests that overseas voters with no biometrics or incomplete biometrics (without photographs and/or signatures), are to have their biometrics recaptured before the end of registration or on 30 September 2024.
If your name is on the list, currently residing in Egypt and would like to participate in the 2025 National Elections, please visit us at the Philippine Embassy in Cairo, Building 9, Street 215, Degla Maadi, Sunday to Thursday(except holidays) 9am to 2pm and bring your valid
Philippine passport.
