22 August 2024- Ambassador Ezzedin Tago met with delegates representing the Philippines during the 43rd World Scout Conference. The delegation of nine (9) was led by SEC Chairperson Emilio B. Aquino, Boy Scouts of the Philippines Senior Vice President.
Over 170 countries participated in the Conference which was held on 17-23 August 2024 in Cairo, Egypt. The World Scout Conference is the governing body or general assembly of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. It provides an opportunity for Member or National Scout Organizations to play an active role in shaping the standards, policies, and shared goals of the Scout Movement worldwide.
