9A TEMPORARY VISITOR'S VISA

1. Duly accomplished visa application form found at visa.gov.ph. 

   IMPORTANT: PLEASE INDICATE ALL YOUR NAMES AS APPEARING IN YOUR PASSPORT.

2. Download the filled out online application form, review and make sure all details are accurate.

    IMPORTANT: SIGN the downloaded application form.

​

3. Upload into visa.gov.ph:

       a. the signed application form;

       b. a clear passport-sized color photo (4cm x 6cm) with white background; and

       c. a clear copy of your passport

       d. after uploading, click SUBMIT APPLICATION. 

       e. you will receive a confirmation email.

NOTE: This confirmation email is NOT an approval of your visa application. It only means that you have finished the online process.

4. Requirements:

                            : All documents submitted must be in English

Email to visa@cairope.org copies of the following:

       a. Signed copy of the application form

       b. Copy of passport that is at least six (6) months valid beyond the intended stay in the Philippines

       c. Airline tickets with return flight not later than 30 days from date of arrival in the Philippines (except for foreign spouses and/or children of Filipino citizens who are travelling with the Filipino spouse/parent)

       d. Copy of hotel accommodation or proof of accommodation

       NOTE: If we do not receive the email with additional requirements, we will not be able to proceed with verifying and finalizing your application.

 Additional Requirements:

​

Single-entry Visa for Spouses or Children of Filipino nationals

- Invitation letter from Filipino spouse/parent (Note: Invitation letters must indicate the address and telephone number of the host in the Philippines with a copy of the spouse / parent's passport or ID)

- For spouses of Filipino nationals- PSA issued marriage contract or marriage contract authenticated by the by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the country they got married in

- For children of Filipino nationals- Birth certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the country of birth, with English translation

Single-entry visa for Temporary visitors (tourism, short trainings, etc.)

If for business purposes:

a. Letter from the company stating the nature of the trip 

b. HR letter stating the monthly salary and position in the company

If for tourism purposes:

a. Proof of financial capability to travel: latest bank statement must include account name, account number, current balance, account currency (account should contain at least US$3,000.00 or its equivalent)

b. certificate from employer stating monthly salary (optional) 

If the applicant is a minor:

a. Birth Certificate, with English translation

b. Letter that the parents guarantee/will be paying the expenses of the trip

c. Bank statement of parent account name, account number, current balance, account currency (account should contain at least US$3,000.00 or its equivalent)

5. Please wait for an email from the Embassy’s Consular Section for further instructions.

     NOTE: Applications for visa-required nationals are forwarded to Philippine authorities for verification and approval.

6. Comply with additional requirements if requested by the consular officer.

​

7. The consular officer will inform you if your visa is approved and if you may schedule an appointment to submit all the requirements in No. 4 above including the payment of the visa fee.

قم بتحميل نموذج الطلب مستوفى البيانات على الإنترنت، ثم قم بمراجعته و تأكد من أن جميع البيانات صحيحة

أ‌)     نموذج الطلب بعد توقيعه

ب‌)   صورة شخصية واضحة بخلفية بيضاء بحجم الصورة الشخصية فى جواز السف

ت‌)   نسخة واضحة من جواز السفر

ج. تذاكر طيران ذهاب و عودة لفترة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا من تاريخ الوصول إلى الفلبين     

(باستثناء الأزواج الأجانب و/أو أطفال المواطنين الفلبينيين المرافقين للزوجة/الوالد الفلبيني)

د. حجز فندق أو إثبات مكان للسكن

   خطاب دعوة من الزوج / الزوجة أو الأهل الفلبينيين. ملحوظة: يجب توضيح عنوان و رقم تليفون المضيف بالفلبين فى خطابات الدعوة و إلحاق نسخة من جواز سفر أو بطاقة الهوية الخاصة بالزوج/الزوجة/الأهل

      لأزواج المواطنين الفلبينيين - عقد زواج من هيئة الإحصاء الفلبينية أو عقد زواج موثّق من وزارة الشؤون الخارجية في الدولة التى تم الزواج بها.

لأبناء المواطنين الفلبينيين – شهادة ميلاد مع ترجمة لها

شروط الحصول على تأشيرة دخول مرة واحدة بالنسبة للزائرين المؤقتين (سياحة، تدريب قصير المدة، إلخ

بغرض العمل:

أ‌. خطاب من الشركة يوضّح طبيعة الرحلة

ب. خطاب من الموارد البشرية يوضّح الراتب الشهرى و المنصب بالشركة

بغرض السياحة:

أ. إثبات الإمكانية المادية للسفر: كشف حساب بنكى حديث (يجب الّا يقل الحساب عن ثلاثة الاف دولار أو مايعادله) و شهادة من صاحب العمل توضّح الراتب الشهري (اختياري)

إن كان الشخص قاصر:

أ‌. شهادة الميلاد و ترجمة لها باللغة الإنجليزية

ب‌. خطاب يضمن فيه أولياء الأًمر دفعهم مصاريف الرحلة

ت‌. كشف حساب بنكي لوليّ الأمر (به مبلغ ثلاثة الاف دولار على الأقل أو مايعادله)

 

يجب تسليم كل المستندات باللغة الإنجليزية

ملاحظة: يتم إرسال طلبات المواطنين المتقدمين

للحصول على التأشيرة إلى السلطات الفلبينية للتحقق والموافقة

يجب الإمتثال للطلبات الإضافية فى حالة ما إذا قام المسؤول القنصلي بطلب ذلك

7.

سيقوم الموظف القنصلي بإعلامك إذا تمت الموافقة على طلب التأشيرة الخاص بك و تحديد موعد لتقديم جميع الطلبات الواردة في البند رقم 4 بما في ذلك دفع رسوم التأشيرة

رسوم التأشيرة: 40 دولار أمريكي

1. Email to cairo.pe@dfa.gov.ph or visa@cairope.org the company letter and request an appointment for submission of requirements.

2. Accomplished Visa Application Form

3. Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines (original plus 2 photocopies of datapage)

4. 1 Recent passport-size colored photo

5. Confirmed airline booking (2 copies)

6. Copy of Seaman’s book

7. Notarized letter from Manning agency in the Philippines accompanied by copy of passport or ID of sponsor/host (Note: letter must be emailed to cairo.pe@dfa.gov.ph and visa@cairope.org before the appointment schedule) 

8. Letter from company’s Human Resources office

9. Fee: $ 20.00
